Glenn Keith Bidmead (born 3 February 1962) is a Sydney-based singer, songwriter, guitarist, performer, producer and sound engineer. Glenn is currently the lead singer and guitarist with Australian rock band Matt Finish. With partner Steve Glover, he was a founding member of Australian rock band LemonJuice, which enjoyed several years of success in Japan and South Korea.

Bidmead was born at St Margarets Hospital in Darlinghurst, Sydney. He started playing the guitar at age nine and during his high school years performed in covers bands on weekends with his brother Paul, a drummer and vocalist.
In 1988, Bidmead moved to Brisbane, Queensland where he met songwriter Steve Glover and formed the band LemonJuice, which released the album "Squeezed" in 1996 and "Twentieth Century Decadence" in 1997. After several successful years performing to Asian audiences, Glover left the band to pursue a solo songwriting career in his hometown of Brisbane.
Among the hit songs that LemonJuice released in Asia were Walk On The Wire, You Know I Know, One And One Is Three and Colour Combination.
Bidmead continued as a solo artist and in 1998 signed a recording and publishing contract with JWM and Roughcut Music's John Woodruff, manager of Savage Garden. Later that year, his debut album "Seven Seconds" was produced in Sydney by Charles Fisher and mixed in Los Angeles by sound engineer Chris Lord-Alge.[1]
Bidmead's first single, "Find Love" was released by Warner Music in Australia in 1999, with music video directed by New York-based filmmaker Adolfo Doring, renowned for his video for the Savage Garden hit "Truly Madly Deeply".[2]
In 2000, Bidmead released a second single "A World Away" through Roadshow/Warner Music.
Bidmead's independent solo albums are "Red Dirt Road", "Songs in Black and White" and "The Acoustic Sessions" EP.
For the past few years, Bidmead has been working with ex-Chocolate Starfish lead singer, Adam Thompson and his Muso Magic programme. This songwriting-based music workshop is conducted for high school students, corporate groups and indigenous communities in outback Australia as well as countries like India and Fiji.
Bidmead is a member of the country rock band Kerosene with drummer Kere Buchanan. Buchanan has performed with Marcia Hines, Margaret Urlich, Wendy Matthews, Rick Price, Tina Arena and Kasey Chambers. Kerosene's debut album, Art of Survival, is out now through Hardrush Music.[3]
Bidmead was the producer and co-songwriter of Australian Urdu duo Raasta. He produced Raasta's debut album in 2007, which is due for release in India and Pakistan in 2009.
Bidmead has composed with Foreigner guitarist and songwriter Mick Jones in New York City, as well as other artists such as The Veronicas.
In March 2009, Bidmead became the lead singer and guitarist in Matt Finish with drummer and founding member John Prior and bass player Harry "The Doctor" Brus. The band is are currently touring Australia and recording new material at Unity Gain Studios in Sydney.
